Our vision

Machines that learn the expertise, and prove the part.

The knowledge that qualifies a metal part lives in the heads of people who are retiring. We are building machines that learn it, keep it, and generate the proof automatically.

Part 1 · The expertise is retiring

Half a trillion dollars of metal parts depends on scarce human expertise.

Machining, casting, forging, fabrication and additive together make a market of more than $500 billion a year. Every qualified part in it depends on operators who know, from experience, what a good melt looks like, when a process is drifting, and what evidence an inspector will accept. Those operators are retiring faster than they are replaced. By 2033, 1.9 million of the 3.8 million U.S. manufacturing jobs that need filling will stay empty. The people who qualify parts are the first to go, and when they go, the knowledge goes with them.

“The experts leave. The ritual of proof stays.”

Part 2 · What we are building

An autonomy company, built on three layers.

Precixion builds the body, the brain and the asset as one system. The body is the P300: a production cell that prints, finishes and inspects, running today in Noblesville. The brain is NOXBUILD™, Physical AI with a learned physics model of the melt that predicts, corrects and checks every layer. The asset is qualification data, which only comes from production and which competitors cannot shortcut. Parts ship, data wins more parts, models train, intelligence improves. Each layer makes the others stronger.

The expertise is retiring. The data is compounding. Join the evolution.

If you build parts that are hard to qualify, or want to help teach machines a craft before it disappears, we would like to talk.
